Be BOLD always with who you are and what you want people to see. Bold doesn't mean that you have to be showy or out there if you are a reserved type of person, but instead to be content and happy with who you are and so be bold about it. If your choice of bold is to wear understated clothes and not much colour then be bold when wearing them and don't let anyone make you feel any less proud about your choice. We must always feel comfortable in what we wear and if we wear something that we are not fully comfortable in then it will show and will have an effect on your outward confidence. So whatever you choose to wear, wear it boldly and proudly.

BELTS - these can be a great accessory as can be worn in many ways. Belts accentuate the waist which is great for those who need a waist accentuating - however belts can also be worn on the hips which is a great way to add more curves for the ladies who don't have much in the way of hips (the inverted triangle shape). Small link chain belts are also wonderful for alluding to a waist but without the full thickness of a leather belt and can be much softer on floaty fabrics such as chiffon and silk.

BROOCHES - these look lovely on the lapels of plain coloured jackets just to add something different - they are also great to add to wrap dresses to add a bit of side detail and again to draw the eye where you want it to go. I often use brooches to put onto beautiful cloth evening bags just to glam them up a bit.

BEAUTIFUL - everyone is beautiful in their own way - don't be brainwashed by the images that the media put out as to what defines beauty. The most seemingly beautiful person in the world can lose a lot of that beauty if they are not a kind soul inside - it is the whole package that makes up beauty. Keep that in mind when you are having a not so good day and are unhappy about yourself - look in the mirror and focus on all your positive features and then think about all the friends you have and support network around you - a lot of people would wish that it what they had - even if they are hailed by the media as the most beautiful!
